2 Year Anniversary of my ROAD/RACE Turbo Kit!

Today is the anniversary of my RRM turbo kit, 2 years and 58,000 miles later. Gotta share with everyone. I have had a non -IC kit for this long and a bunch of miles without problems or drama. Instead I just keep kicking over Hondas and Subies. Gotta say about only thing I had was a minor exhaust leak. Meanwhile I was planning to add IC but as much as I like it I know I am making plenty of power so I guess I am not motivated enough to IC yet.

Thats great to hear. What other mods do you have, and did you ever dyno it? I've got an '05 and after spending so much time reading these problem posts, it makes me wait for something to break
Let us know when you hit 100K, we'll have cake!

I only pay in hookers......

Guess it has been 2 years. Nice to see the post. I know there are guys with more time than you but you were prolly one of the first 20 guys to go RRM turbo. I rmember the day you were installing it. We have moved twice since then. It was at the original shop.

Wow Andrew, 2 years?! You're an old son of a gun now! But that is commendable, you've been tuning your car the right way from the beginning, and it shows that doing things right will make you both fast and reliable for miles to come.

btw, my girl is teaching me how to cook. Now that I know how to brown ground beef, broil chicken, etc. I'm gonna need some of your awesome recipes!

Damn, two years of turbo? At the end of this month I will have only had my Lancer for two years. I've only had my turbo in for like two months. Good to hear and yeah, I think all the problems have been operator error.

Two years.... thats how long I've owned my car. January 20th, 2003. Glad to hear that the turbo has been enjoyed for that long. Have you had any problems with teh dealership at all or anything?
