Question lowering my 04 ES.. HELP!

Hi..i know u guys probly will tell me to search.. but i did..lol... just wondrin.. anyone lowered there 04 ES yet? i went to tein.com and i was confused..lol i saw like the S.TECH springs..i know some are using those.. but its says in their site:


CS7A - 04 , for RAlliart /oz
CS6A - 02 ,for OZ

..which one is which? lol.. which one would fit my 2004 lancer es?
thanks guys! and any other spring brand suggestions would be nice.. peace!

i dont think u can use tein on the es...check out progress springs

you could use it all you got to do is change the front upper mounts and bearing correct me if i am wrong the back up lines up pefectly

i am getting some tein coilovers on my 04 es this summer

id like to get those progress springs from rrm.. but i think its a lil over priced compared to teins just my .02

but if tein doesn't make springs for the es, you're going to spend more money making them work then just getting the progress ones. you can get springs from a lot of places. do some research online.

ya you got progress that fit perfect for the es and you got sprint i know forsure works

someone says h&r came out with a spring and also apex

The OZ and the ES have different front struts, so a spring used for the OZ can't fit on the ES directly. With full coilover kits like tein, the strut is replaced I believe, you still need to buy the upper mounts and bearings but thats it. At least thats my knowledge on the subject.
