Does insurance cover hitting road debris?

A week ago I was driving on I-95 South and I hit road debris. I hit a blown tire and cracked my bumper (about 6 inches) I have USAA and more than liability. Would my insurance premiums go up if I claimed damages? I'm going to call them tommorrow and find out just wanted to know if any of you have any experience with insurance companies with this stuff.

It would be covered under collision, and you would have to pay your deductable. It would be up to your insurance carrier wether or not your premiums would go up.
