Pay for Warranty?

Alright I got a warranty related question, i've been hearing all this talk about our throw out bearings, and I'm considering going in and getting it replaced under warranty at it tends to cause a chattering when the car is cold, which is really annoying. Anyways, when my sister did this on her corolla, she had to pay for labour, is the same true with mitsubishi? If I get something replaced under warranty do I have to pay for anything?

it its a "wear and tear" kinda thing - like clutch, pressure plate, throw-out bearing, brakes, oil, coolant .. etc. You will probably be charged for labor and parts.

If something breaks, or stops working which shouldn't .. then you should get it covered for free labor + parts. My example = the motor in my sunroof died. I took it in and they replaced it free of charge (for parts and labor) .. i asked them about a new clutch, PP and TOB and they said they would charge labor + parts.

You should call the service station there and inquire. That will get you your quickest answer.

If it's a documented problem, it would be better to get it replaced under warranty even if you pay for labor, as opposed to waiting until it dies after the warranty and you having to pay full amount. I guess I'm lucky, mine works fine even after almost 3 years with numerous canyon runs, autocrosses and a few track days.
