I just looked out my window, because I heard this really loud noise...it turned out to be a thunder grey (02?) es. who ever it was, it sounded like they just took the exhaust off completely...I know this isn't where this thread goes (I'm sure it doesn't go anywhere), but does anybody know of any lancers in Baton Rouge?

 

More than likely it has headers, downpipe, testpipe (no cat), and a straight through muffler. A friend of mine has the same setup and u can literally hear him coming a mile away.

 

Mines like that too. I had the test pipe and exhuast and it wasnt to bad but after I put my headers and downpipe on it got real loud. I got a ticket once because it was to loud. Oh well.

 

I drove around for a day just off the cat. I was swaping my exhaust and forgot to p/u new bolts before I started. it was really loud.

 

I pass throught baton rouge every once and a while but my lancer is stock.. for now.

My ford explorer has no cat-back to speak of(I don't even like to start it a night or in the morning)so I think i'm going to keep my lancer nice and quiet.
