No cats but for inspection....

live in Texas....im goin to be running no cats...but come inspection time im goin to though on the 2nd cat....should this clean my exhust enough to pass inspection? not lookin for a yes or no answer i guess....more like the cat will definlty help clean the air? ill probyl throw some exhust cleaner in the fuel too..

the first cat (the one in your exhaust manifold) is the one you need to pass emissions tests. the second cat is not neccessary.

you got that backwards. With the second and no first you will pass the sniffer but fail the visual if they do that. First cat is more of a pre cat for cold starts.
