I am currently a WRX owner and an AWD enthusiast. I Hope to get me an EVO when it gets here. The WRX is really an awesome car with 227 hp. It is great that the US is finally getting some of these great cars. For the money there is nothing IMO that can currently touch the WRX. If the EVO comes in at the same price and power range it will be a 2 car race. If the EVO gets the full power engine and the price is well under 30k as some of the rumors have implied then its all over. The STI will not be had for under 30k.

Welcome We're hoping to hear some news at the Detroit or LA auto show. Someone just spotted an Evo 7 in CA and the person told them hp should be around 260hp... should mean we basically get the same engine.
