Has anyone ever ordered off nopi online and if so how was the service???

 

my advice...call first to see if they have the item in stock...

 

I dont trust their online ordering..it doesn't feel secure. I ordered some stuff, punched in my CC#, and it seemed as if my order went through, but I'm not sure if it did or not because I never got an order confirmation number or email or anything?!?! so i don't know if my cc has been charged yet?

 

Never ordered from them. Know people who have and they actually had quite a few problems. Some had problems with their account. Some had problems with shipping and some had problems with damaged products. (Which damaged products can happen with any company you go through, but I'm just stating that Nopi Online was one company that some people did receive some damaged products through.)

 

I got my body kit from em very good took a while (3 weeks) but not bad

 

Got my metal floor mats from Nopi. No issues here...

..actually the dude that took my phone order was very helpful

 

I tried to order a butterfly key from them and they never said it was out of stock or in stock after I sent all my credit info. I think there customer service is kinda lacking in my opinion. So far Roadrace is the best customer experience for me. (great quality and speedy delivery)
