I think the OZs and RAs have the same steering wheel. Here's a pic of most of it:

As for removing your current wheel. Once you figure out how to safely remove the airbag (do airbags have fuses that you can remove??) then you'll need a puller from your local autoparts store. There should be a big nut you can remove, then use the puller to get the wheel off of the column. Disconnect some wires and you should be set. Installation is the reverse.

Yea, if you don't want to chance that airbag blowing in your face, disconnect the battery and let the capacitors drain out for about 15-20 mins. The capacitors hold a charge so even if your battery disconnects somehow in a weird crash, the airbag can go off a short time after. I have taken the airbag out of my old eclipse to paint the cover of it (dash piece on passenger side), and I disconnected the battery, waited 15-20 mins and it was fine. You might have a problem with the SRS light coming on in your gauge cluster though. You might be able to get that reset at the dealership, but most likely they will charge you. Do what I did and just take the little light out of the gauge cluster. Air bags are evil anyways.. lol. But if you are installing the steering wheel from an airbag that has already went off, you will want to remove the main airbag components from it, because I think you might have a hard time stuffing them back in there. Check to see if the cover will go back on it, because it could be damaged from the airbag deploying so quickly.

I think they're the same, there wouldn't be much of a point in replacing what you have.

It'd be hard to do, and you'd be safer getting it done professionally, if there's anyone who deals with that kind of stuff.
