Instead of Redline?

Alright I'm gonna get my transmission fluid replaced next week or so and I was wondering what fluid I should put in. It seems like everyone says redline, but unfortunately that's extremely difficult to get up here, so I was wondering what other fluid I could go with. Anyone have any ideas?

Yeah shipping isn't an option, I live in Canada, and from what I've heard, they don't like dangerous goods in the mail.

the best i've found was for $30.75 shipped for 3 quarts of the Redline mixture right for our cars. If anyone know's where to get it cheaper...let us know! Oh yeh, that price was off of http://www.ogracing.com

Only one place in Calgary carries redline apparently and sadly enough its often cheaper to order it, plus it'd be nice to know of any other good fluids.

Another choice of gear fluid for your intrest : Mobil1 (75w90 i believe, can't remeber off thetop of my head) but it seems like good stuff. I changed mine out with mobil1 about a week ago and it feels alot smoother shifting gears. Only thing I have noticed is when I start the car for the first time of the day, about the first 5 shifts into second feel knotchy. I hate that!!! But after that its smooth shifting! A good idea is if you spill some fluid while filling it up, which you probably will, over guess how much you need, when you drop it down on a level surface, remove the filler plug and let the exta run out, then you don't have to mess with a hose and funnel again. Plus that stuff smells nasty! I swear I could smell tranny fluid everywhere for the next couple of days!!

Yeah I emailed that ogracing.com, they don't accept credit cards, and there's a 15.00$ for wire transfers, the wire transfer alone would cost almost as much as the fluid.

Does anyone know if BG synchroshift is safe in our transmission? Evo owners seem to swear by it, but are our trannies similar enough for it to work?
