The diff b/w evo trunk and us trunk?

Yo, i've recently been to the dealer, where they had an evo 8, and the RS there. THe evo 8's trunk lid is sooooooooo light, compared to mine. I have a 03' ES, with an evo wing ( the real one) on my trunk, my trunk is heavier? is it b/c of the trunk lid material of the evo ? or is there some sort of damper? or spring that is tight? like u almost have to slam an evo trunk down to close it? i want that. whats goin on here?

I believe the Evo trunk spring is set up differently because of the wing. You don't want that big thing flying around.

What's the big deal? Sorry to be mean, but what's it matter if your trunk is a little heavier?
