Check for vacuum leaks around the T.B. A great way to check is to spray brake clean over area. If idle changes when you do that, you have a vacuum leak. Works great. Isolate the leak and resolve it. call us if you need to.

I might be having similar problems, when i start my car up, it idles at around 2gs and dosn't lower untill the engine is good and warm. Is this normal? Does the cold winter weather cause that? My budy has an eclipse and says that it's just a mitsu engine thing. Didn't mean to hyjack, just didn't want to start a new thread for this topic.

I think I kinda hyjacked it first....sorry for that...I don't find any leaks...strange really do you suggest getting better spark plugs and could it by chance be the throttle position sensor...I hope not because that would cost 150 dollars....that would suck bad... It just started this all of a sudden I don't get it...I will try to take a look monday if it is not resolved I will give rrm a call...

Yeah best bet would be to either call RRM, or take it to the dealership, but that all depends on how your dealership feels about mods.

hmmmmmm,on RRM's website doesn't it say that this won't void warranty? now wouldn't it be sweet if you put this on and the dealer voided your warranty, and ROCK called the dealer and ripped him a new one. i know it'll never happen cause ROCK really doesn't have a say in it, but i'd still love to see him try,lol
