exhaust tip is basically sound only.. you only get decent gains with 2 1/2s all the way back.. from your cat.. i mean ya thats a heck of a steal 25$ for exhaust tip but basically its all sound and no real big preformace gains..
warning becareful of ur new exhaust it will cause u to get worse gas mileage
(at least for me it did cause at every red light i'd gun it just to hear my exhaust

To complete the exhaust system he'd have to get headers downpipe and a better flowing cat. And 2.25-2.5 is cool, just so long as it isn't bigger than that, otherwise you have issues with back pressure.

An exhaust tip is just a peice that you buy at pepboys that fits over a stock muffler exhuast that looks pretty and shiney.
