I would wait on the cam. You can extract horsepower from many other areas before needing one. Having the head ported and polished produces nice numbers. I would also suggest getting a high flow cat before getting a test pipe. Test pipe is only needed after turbocharging. A larger fuel rail would be good after switching the intake manifold and putting a larger throttle body on.

I do have a bored fuel rail and am planning on the high flow cat - no test pipe for me. I would lose all my low end torque with that.

Ok, cool. Another nice gain is produced by switching to a 501 maf, but it needs to be tuned accordingly. If you're eventually going turbo I would save up and not buy anything else until then. Spending a little here and there adds up quick. That's my biggest vice!! I'm always telling myself, "that's the last thing I'll buy for awhile." It doesn't last more than a week!! I'm addicted!!

True - perhaps I'll just get the IM, hi-flow cat, rear strut, sway and coilovers. That should make the car more fun to drive for another year or so

The 501 MAF is the mass air sensor found on the 2000+ Eclipses and newer Galants with the 4G64 engine. It is less restrictive to air flow than our 605 MAF. Here is a thread about it:

Hope this helps.
