im currently getting my new evo vii hood re-done (better fit) and when i 1st got my hood accolade provided these plastic things that sit right below the mesh to prevent rain and what not from getting into the engine bay. The 1st body shop i took my hood to must have threw them away or something b/c when i took it to the body shop i currently going to there not there n e more so...

my question is, does n e one know where to get these thing or something like it to prevent rain from getting into the engine bay b/c the hood i was previously using didnt have those and since rain and snow got in therre all year long alot of my bolts in the my engine bay have all rusted and it looks like sh|t so my buddy and i get going to get all new bolts so it looks brand new once my new hood is back on and painted.

edit: n e thing transparent i could also put, i was thinking plexy glass but i heard w/ heat it turns yellow, its cause i got stage 2 turbo so i thought it would look cool for ppl to look inside and see.

 

mines not plastic i dont think, seems to be a fiberglass maybe? i dunno but ill sell mine for 60 shipped to wherever in us.
