Actually I think they do cause some 03 people were wanting to buy the 04 side skirts. theyre more curved than the 03s but I'm pretty sure they will fit. anyone want to confirm that.

looked up the wheelbase for both 2002 and 2004. 02-03 and 04+ are 102.4 inches each. So based on that and the fact that they are the same chassis ima say that they would fit.
