Dealership broke parts on my lancer

Im not sure really were to post this so im posting it here. I have a 2003 lancer oz. i took it in to Bob Baker mitsubishi in Carlsbad, CA for some service such as the recalls and my transmission was acting up. I get it back a day later saying its all fine. I get in the car and my momo shift knob is broken. im like wtf but i didnt do anything about it because i thiought i couyld fix it. I then drive home let it sit for a few days and then open up the hood. THe dealership broke that stock ram air setup. It wouldnt go fully into the box and the end part of it were the little black nail like things went through the holes one of the holes was broken. I just talked to the dealership and they told me to come in tommorow. What do u guys think the dealership would do. Considering that the momo shift knob is a $50 knob and there guys broke it. Il let u all kow what they said tommorow night

Thanks,
Frank Escalle

The common expected answer will be that you couldn't prove they broke it. They will deny and/or accuse you of breaking it as you took it off their lot and therefore approved the repairs/condition of the car.

If they actually offer to fix the stuff free of charge I would be suprised.
I'm not trying to be an a-hole here, but this would what I would expect.

dealership

They were pretty cool about they said that they would replace the snorkel and install it for free. They said that as they dont sell after market parts they could not get me another momo shift knob but that they could give me a stock one. I dont know about that. i think that maybe if a pushed a little i might get a momo shifter out of them, but i dont know if i should do that.

Thanks,
