RMR intake blowout
noticed RMR seems to have an intake blowout. their short ram intake for $148.50 down from $165. this makes it a bit more competitive in price and an intake i liked. i thought those in the market for an intake should know.

Even though I got mine used, I'd still recommend this setup highly. Heat shield has good fitment, and the filter is high-quality. Very good buy...
BTW, I picked mine up for <$70 used. Worth every penny.

my bad. i watch development companies more than than i watch shops. either way, i saw the sale for a product that i liked and thought people should pick up on it. if anyone should save up for a sri, it should be this one. then stick a ralliart intake duct to it.

it's not that dramatic. just use the stock RA intake duct instead of the stock lancer one. the intake duct i'm talking about is the stock plastic black piece that goes from the front grill to the hole on the RMR intake heat shield. it doesn't have that "pinch" in it. the diameter is more uniform than the stock lancer piece.
some people have run ducting to that hole. some have covered the top part to keep engine heat away. this intake is just much better than other SRI out there.
