Get Xexon blue bulbs. They light up bright white, but when left off give off that blue tint... I those all around on my '03 (turn signals [front/back] and side markers) and they're bright!

 

I have Bright white headlights, just haven't installed them. Looking to get rid of the amber part in the future.

well... half of one of my pair of 4-led ran out (lol that sounded confusing.... what i meant was 2 of the 4 led bulbs on one of the bulbs went dead), and im too cheap to buy another 1.... but yea those ebay led bulbs are pretty dang cheap in quality... died in like a couple months... cost me like $10 for the pair
