I have the RRM Blacked Out Headlights also and they were fine until I installed new bulbs. Sometimes now they fog up a little bit. But they still look great and I live in Wisconsin, so I expected the fog..

A lot of times it is just the bulb itself. It just doesn't seat correctly and leaves space for air to get into. I always wrap thread tape around the bulb fitting and leave the headlights in the sun for an hour or two and get them warm inside. But even on rainy days with humidity they still fog some.

If it a dry day out, you could probibly remove your head lights and toss them int the oven for a few minutes or a hair-drier might work to remove the moisture. Your best bet is to wait for the weather to clear up (which I know is hard) before working with your head lights. Also the use of that RTV stuff sound like cheap insuranse, so why not
Couldn't have said it better

I suggest you dont buy 'em, instead save your money and just make 'em...
