Repair Headlight from accident?

Ok, so last night I got into an accident with a deer on the highway coming home.

The damage includes:
-dented hood
-scrapped front bumper
-broken cedia headlight (mounting tabs)
-completely destroyed driver side fender
-dented driver side door that wont open.

Now, most of the above mentioned damage it stuff I'm not worked up about because insurance will cover it. But I'm kinda at a loss when it comes to the headlight. I know the bodyshop will just replace it with a factory headlight.

Is there anyway to fix the plastic mounting tabs on the headlight? They both snapped right off from the light.

Is there any kind of glue, or a process of melting the plastic and then remelting it together to fix it? I really dont want to shell out another $300 or whatever the hell they're selling for these days just to replace one headlight. There's no actual damage to the light other than the mounting tabs....

Anyone think it can be fixed?

scuff and clean both sides of the braket where it broke and liberaly use JB-Weld, won't get soft like hot glue or anything and will hold up quite well in there.

That was the correct solution. Gluing the tabs on a broken headlight might have worked. But most likely you wouldn't have been able to align them correctly so that they would still be aimable after the fix.
