Ok a few weeks ago, when it started getting a bit colder outside. I noticed my tranny dident wana shift right, unless I let the car warm up a bit.
No big deal right?
Well today I get in and do my normal bout a min warm up, go off to drive get out the driveway and onto main road.
And the car seemed to be stuck in first, Hit the rev limiter and I wasent even hard on the gas. I let off the gas and it finily shifted, But this was a extreamly hard shift
Felt like shifting gears w/o ur clutch pedal in a M/T. Then it went on with out any problems.
5 min later at a stop light she stalled, next red light Stalled agan, and then when ever I accel, it studders hard to explain that part of it tho.
I finily drove to local Mitsu service shop where it waits to be looked at.
I was just wondering if any of you guys have encounterd this problem before?
Heres my Info 7 month old 2005 Lancer ES, 19,500miles, only preformance mode ATM is a SRI.
Anybody?
Also this type of problem should be coverd under warranty correct?

u probly got a problem with your PWM (if this transmission has one) among other things could be wrong with the tranny as well... and yes it should be covered under warranty

Wow, when I tried to hit that link, as I just bought an 05 es, I was told I didn't have the access to that page. Can you repost the info? I only have 2300 miles so far, but I want to know what to do when it happens to me.
