piggyback installed

I installed the rrm piggy back ecu and am liking it and the car is running fyne expect it sometimes jerks and rattles like puttering in idle and when i roll by letting off the brake. Anybody experience this, rrm told me to wait it out and see if it goes away, but i just wanted to know if anybody else had this problem in the first couple of days. Would appreciate input.

Ya on a slight sidenote i found out that when you disconnect your battery it takes 100-150 miles for the ecu to reset the sensors to what the shop considers "ready" status . . more or less i dont think this means jack to driving the car but for gods sake dont try and get your car inspected in the state of mass if you have disconnected your battery within 150 miles of where youre at >=(
