That I don't know about, but if the dealer knows you have say an ES, and knows something about the car.. he/she then notices that you have OZ guages, they can probably take a substantial amount of $ away from teh deal cause of possible tampering with the odom.. but you own and OZ, so if you changed guages to another OZ cluster (dunno why you would) I doubt anything would happen, you might just make more cash cause of the lower miles...

So why not swap back your old ES gauges when you sell the car?

And dude, for the last time, the mileage DOES change when you swap gauges. Simply put, it's stored in the cluster.

didn't eman to get anyone heated up.
I have an OZ. I was just wondering/pondering. I'm not gonna buy them, it was just interesting to find out what happens.
I think it's alwas fun to know when YOU can screw the dealers as well, and not the other way around.

I'm not heated up. Just trying not to keep having the same question posed over and over again when the answer's already been given. It's a lot like people asking about what size wheels will fit their car when they can just do a search instead.
