alright, i have an 05 lancer OZ rally manual trans mission. first gear has strong pull all the way to redline, when im in second, its liek the car studders at just under 5k RPM and again in 3rd gear at about 4k RPM what is going on with my car? is this normal? how can i solve this without spending a bunch of money?

the car has cold air intake and cat back exhaust along with a short shifter. (this has been happening since before the shifter was installed)

 

buy some decent engine mods.

 

im trying not to destroy my wallet here... thats why i said i dont want to spend a whole bunch of money..
