Thumbs down 4th time someone hit my car!

This is my 4th accident. Every single year since 16 I get into some kind of accident. First two were done to my 96 Pontiac Grand Am, and then two to my 02 Lancer OZ. Now I'm 20 years old and got into 4th accident. Some guy hit the side of my car while exiting a private parking lot. He was driving a 98 Dodge Voyager. When he hit my car I thought it will be totalled but Lancer held pretty well considering his front bumper, reinforcment, crash bar, were totally messed up.

As you can see bumper, fender, door, and most likely strut will need to be replaced. I will also fight for a new wheel.

that sucks, you should put in your title that it's your fourth time someone hit you so we don't get the impression that you don't know how to drive. Wow that sucks, maybe you should paint all your cars bright yellow or pink so these people see you before they hit you. Hope all works out for you

Damn that totally sucks man!!!!!! I hope you were alone that day and you're okay. I feel you man but at least that driver didn't hit you and run away like it happened with my dad which I would never let that happen if someone hit my evo I would chase him until the end no matter if it ends up in a massive police chase!!!!!!

Every single accident I had someone would hit me. First three I was waiting for a green light on an intersection. 1 minutes, 2 minutes, bam! WTF?
On the day of my 4th accident I was by myself and just coming back from work going to school to take my Bio2 test. The guy who hit my car didn't want to open his doors or come out of the car because he was afraid I would beat him up!

And this is the biggest BS,
the cop who came in to do a report didn't want to say whos fault it was. Let see, his front is damaged, my side? Was I drifting officer? Then he told me that the way he sees it is that it's 75% the other guy's fault and 25% mine. I asked him why is it 25% my fault?
Stupid a$$ told me it's because I'm 20 and the other guy is almost 50!

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't that discrimination?

Anyway, his insurance (farmers) is paying for everything. Next Saturday I'm going to get an estimate.

Damn WTF!!!! what he didn't have the ba*** to admit it that he caused the accident and not you!!!!! I guess he was afraid that if he reported the accident to his insurance company, his policy would have increase by 2 dollas

That blows man. Did it mess up your rim?

I've gotten in one accident, some old ladies fault and it tore up my front bumper, right fender, right headlight, and chipped my rim (stock at least). But now I have one off-colored rim.

evo8rcr, all claims went to the other person's insurance. No claims were ever filed to my own insurance so fortunately I didn't raise anyone's insurance except the people that hit my car.

Please read the posts and pay attention to what you are reading.
