More LHD Evo II sightings!

Check out this Evo II spotted at a Cali Auto-X event.
LHD with what looks like dealer plates.

My guess is that it's imported and non-taggable. They use dealer plates so that they can get around registering it but still being able to drive it on the street occasionally. I doubt it is a Mitsubishi test car or anything since it has a full cage in it, etc.

Bro has a pretty good point. That and it even has hood pins. I'm pretty sure to it was imported just to race.

Hey guys,

I am very good friends with the owner of this Evo7 RS. I actually test drove the car on gravel with him, it feels incredible :-)

He bought it last year and just received it 3 weeks ago, and its purpose in life will be for SCCA ProRally.
