have them go out on an angle, instead of just sticking out on 90 degrees, that'll help alot, make it look more sporty, cos right now its got kind of an industrial, mack truck kinda look about it, 1 more step and you would have stacks going up the side. lol.

but yeh, like i said, put em on and angle, and have a slant tip on the exhausts, and push the tips back, so they sit right in front of the back wheels.

Wouldn't it be better to have em come out right by the front wheels? Hot rodders put em out by the back wheels to heat the back wheels up since that's where the power gets to the ground. If you put em right by the back wheels you'll look like a hot rodder wannabe. If you want the dual exhaust look I'd suggest just going straight back like on the SRT-4. Personally I think it'd look a million times better with a single nice muffler out the back.

have em coming outta the trunk! or even better dont bother with the exhaust, just cut it off at the downpipe,. sure you won't be able to breath, but thats why they invented gas masks! lol

i think we all agree on the fact he should just have a single pipe sticking out the back like it was originally designed, but it does'nt seem like he wants to do that.

good luck mate, hopefully it will work out

finally someone understands...I jus wanted to put my own touch on it that noone else has... it is in fact at an angle on both side wiith slant tips but i guess the angle of the photo doesn't depict this for you guys but like i said... jus wait for the side skirts and it'll look nice... til later

My only thought is this - they look kinda bad where they are. That idea is an old one - hell, my dad's 1940 Buick has exhaust like that. But the pipes are supposed to exit right in front of the back wheel (obviously not too close, but back there). Yours appear to come out in the middle of the doors.

Can you get them moved back?

Good idea, but switch to a single exit and extend the pipe so it exit closer to the rear wheel.

nice about the buick but one thing is that it isn't a mitsubishi lancer. its not in the middle... about 6 in. from the front of the rear fender wall. I guess the "angled" picture threw you all off. i would've had it further back except for th egas tank(for those that didn't know the obvious). I'll take some pics from the side so you can see where exactly it is.

You Should locate it a lil farther back It looks funny that far away from the rear wheel. Also find a wider tip like an r/a stock tip (my 2 cents)

I had an exhaust system like Orville where all I had OBX headers, OBX downpipe, and test pipe only. My friends told me it sounded like a truck and was loud as hell. I never got pulled over by the police or state stroopers; prob because they thought my exhaust was broken.
