If I had 10,000 I would sell my 04, buy a cheap 02 oz with reasonable miles and turbo, then i would go on a cruise

 

full suspension overhaul (probably about 3 grand there)
new rims and tires (we'll say 1500)
turbo system with full catback, boost controller, gauges, all that jazz (4 grand)
brake upgrade (the rest)

and that should about do it.
