Enough is never enough....

I sold my lancer and bought an EVO and even though I am 3 secs faster in the 1/4 I am still slow in relative terms cause now you move up to the big boys. Here with EVO the saying is true more than ever that you have to pay to play.

I had more fun with my N/A lancer and less worries about breaking parts.

The Lancer is a fun car and with 10K I don't think I would spend more than the 2500 to 3K like I put into mine.

I/H/E, cam, ported Mirage manifold (if I had had time to put it on), phenolic gaskets, Strut bar, lowering springs and now with the ECU flash thats out a nice custom dyno tune to round it all out. That sounds like a good plan and would be less than 5K easy.

^ dahaha that ramen idea is great.

i would get rims, coilovers, exhaust, cf hood, cf trunk, and a turbo kit then with the extra id go and buy worthless things

ok realistically.. this is what i would do:

-IC Turbo Kit..
-Ported TB and IM..
-Bored Fuel Rail..
-Polyurethane Motor Mounts..
-Magnaflow Catback..
-some rims..

and this is what i want to do..

-strip my car apart..
-do a full Evo Wide Body Conversion (like the APR Evo)..
-VIS CF hood and trunk..
-APR wing..
-18's Works wheels..
-JIC Driver and Passenger Seats..
-JIC Coil-Overs..
-Takata Racing Harness..
-ETC..

it would take.. for a new evo.. without taxes.. about..
128,000 days.. which is.. about..
18,285 weeks.. which is about..
360 years..
