Thanks Tinker, hopefully some of you live around the tri-state area. Catch any of the freaky/weird vehicles/motorcycles I drive/ride at one of the importxpression shows. Not trying to promote it or anything, just wish to meet some of you guys&girlies out there who share the same interests.

Yup I live near the tri-state area. I have to admit, I'm really not into the whole car show thing, however, I'm always more than happy to try something new.

Yup, me neither. But, a friend put me onto the promoter, and I don't want to disappoint my friend. Also, I'm really bad at saying no to people, well depending on the circumstances exceptions/precautions/limits are properly applied. His offer is reasonable, plus I don't have to worry about getting my stuff to and from the show. Also, there are models at shows, and they tend to look good if you know what I mean.

You can also catch me at track days: Pocono raceway, limerock, the glen, mosport. Sometimes even at englishtown.

Didn't even get a sample. Told me his **** got held up at US Customs. He did mentioned something about disco biscuits and uzbekistanians. While I sat back thinking about what he said, again he's tryin to bang my sis. I punched em the face. Now he' suing me for aggravated assault and attempt to inflict emotional distress.

no a serious question:
How long did it all take to import you Evo? From the day you bought it (where?) to the day you finally got it? And how much was it?

Complicated stuff. Just get someone who's foreign to bring it in, preferably someone who's not a citizen of cuba, afghan, iran, n. korea, or any other countries in which we have no cordial relations with.

A vehicle registered in another country may be imported for personal use for a period not to exceed one year. The vehicle cannot be sold and it must be exported within one year from the date of entry.

Yes, true, except for the last part. There are ways around that, believe me, I've done it. Just can't explain it any further since I don't know who monitors these little chats. No, I don't mean the moderators...
