MOTOR MOUNTS!!!!

is most likely gonna fix the problem. Either fill them yourself with Windo Weld. or buy whole new aftermarket ones. Just for the front and rear.
I did it on my auto cos it was shifting hard, now its super dooper smooth. So smooth infact it made me smile the first time i drove it again.

Good for you.
NOW try to "shift how the car thinks it should be shifted."

Analogy - if you bang your GF "like a girl should be banged," that doesn't mean she'll enjoy the experience.

I am experiencing somthing similar to what you guys are experiencing, but it is not when I am shifting... for example, i'm driving down a 35mph street trying to go the speed limit and be in third gear floating around 2.5rpms. whenever i lightly touch the gas and lightly let go of the gas to try to keep it around the speed limit my car jerks... weird? anyone experienced something like this? (oh and my oz is turboed)

I had that but I filled my motor mounts and now its much better. I only did the front motor mount did not have to time to do the rear. But i think as soon as I do the rear mount the problem will go away. Also try not to release the clutch pedal fast, do it smoothly it should not jerk

Car can just be a bit twitchy. My Lancer was the same way (and the RS is REALLY like that). Some Flex motor mounts from Deyeme might not hurt.

I got it a long time ago and it is still doing fine. the pedal definitely doesn't feel like stepping in mashed potatoes anymore. The only thing I had trouble with was bleeding and that was just me opening the valve too much. Not bad for $60 or however much RRM is charging for it now.

They might help. I wouldn't guarantee that they'll fix it, however.

The mounts are $70 each from Deyeme Racing.
Front one is SUPER simple and can be installed by anyone smarter than a housecat (and if the housecat had opposable thumbs, he probably could too).
Rear one is a dirty c***sucking motherf***er to install. Very tight space, gotta have a lot of patience and small hands. (To give an example, I actually left the rear mount on my Lancer when I sold it!)

If you're smart, you'll just buy the front one and see how you like it. If you decide you HAVE to have more, then buy the rear and spend a day installing it.

If you're having a pro install these, you're probably going to be paying for 3 hours of work for both (just a guess from my installing them). One hour tops on the front one.

so. lets recap:

your saying that the front one is just fine. i understand that you dont guarantee anything for obvious reasons.

the back one is not really needed and is a ***** to install in any case...

ok nowthe final question remains, lets say i have decided that i want the front one. . is it worth the 70bucks? or would you suggest putting that toward something else first
