What do you think about the price of calvin's carbon fiber hood? Personally i think it way too much money and I'm going to wait for the price to go down or for someone else to make one. I heard some bad things about calvin.

 

I voted don't care, but on a positive note I believe DG Motorsports sells a carbon fiber hood for the lancer (Kontradictions has this one I believe). I don't know the price either but if Kontra see's this thread I am sure he will clear the air.

 

i think the price is high but you would understand if you knew the quality of the hood which is excellent.

Importfan.com sells them for $399. Calvin sells his for $8xx - <~~ please correct me if I'm wrong. Nopi.com sells VIS carbon fiber hood for $489.75.

 

DG hood is 599.99....so uh...$600 plus shipping. Something is wrong with their website at the moment though.

 

yeah dg's phone is jacked too.

 

Don't forget to add another 200 for shipping...and that's if you're lucky enough to have a business address to ship to.
