I might join you all soon but I'm running rich as all hell and I really want to avoid any unecessary driving ...not to mention I'm helping my father move his office cuz he's selling the building.
Actually when Ben sorta spilled the beans there and I wanted to kick him in the throat. "Why don't you tell them what you're really doing?"
Jack and Dewey caught that...Nick may have as well. I guess no one else really heard.
EDIT: Oh yeah just to give you all an idea of JUST how rich I'm running...imagine a trip that normally takes you 1/4 tank of gas (approx 80-90 miles) and now it takes you 3/4 a tank of gas. And that's all highway.

yea i ***t up, twice, but i swear, i forgot u were keeping it a secret....both times.
we did have the car on the dyno and all I can say is it made 110hp at the wheels @ 3000 RPM's @5psi when it hit the AEM's falloff point. so @ 6500 or 7000RPM with 9psi 250 CHP is reasonable estimate if not a little low.

Now all I need's the ability to GET it to 9psi.

EDIT: Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I have a 6,700rpm fuel cutoff now too. Don't think I'll be seeing that anytime soon though. (Thanks, Jeff)

the odd thing is the car was built using 100% american produced components and designed by an american tuner. kinda funny when you think about it
jeff
just got done watching a "option" video where all the japanese tuners brought their "showcase" cars to america and got spanked by the american tuners on the track, truly a gem.

Bitnode : the manafold is exactly $1150 to duplicate, the manafold was a one off. I gave andrew a deal as he was the gunie pig, if I can get a few orders I can get it down to a reasonable price, needless to say it will spool the turbo faster then any manafold on the market AND allow ANY turbo you want up to a T66

Wow, a different TC mani design than I normally expected.
Your redline has changed to 6500 rpm or same as your fuel cutoff. Are you running stock conrods? If so, you just gave big hope on a bore and stroke figure close to lancer spec for the G93 w/o sacrificing rpms.
Besides, there are 1 or 2 G93 guys who want to hybrid parts off the lancer.
Since you're using a S60, I'm thinking you can possible crank out 230-280 HP at crank w/ proper tuning. If you tag 300, I'll very impressed. It's possible if your IC can cool enough air and internal parts holding up.

I haven't redlined yet and don't intend to until the boost problem is fixed. I'm on all stock internals and probably will be until next spring. I have a Clutchmasters stage 4, 4 puck, sprung hubbed clutch on its way and I"ll confirm fitment of the 5g Mirage clutch as soon as I can. After the clutch I won't be buying parts for a while. It's going to take a long time for me to pay off this debt. (between the car and normal life it's a bit overwhelming right now)
I WILL tag 300 down the line, but it's a matter of money and time. What I NEED is AEM to throw us a freakin' bone on what else they screwed up for us. Despite my and AEM's nearly causing Jeff to commit harakiri, he's been great at solving the problems that we've come across. Hopefully we can get this one figured out before I drain the middle east of its precious fuel oils.

You're the first testbed for AEM's product. I'm surprised that they are not helping out more.
Did you ever consider ACT or Spec (if they make one for the lancer or mirage)? They get a lot of rave reviews. Spec is a little more balance with great and so-so opinions.
Have some patience and be more conservative on tuning until you get everything down pat. Beside, the guy w/ haltech and quad is still tuning his mirage for over 2.5 yrs. All of us miragers are pulling for him.

I'm beyond bewildered. I wish I didn't need my car so I could leave it with Jeff again, but unless my parents are willing to put the Grand Am (which I'm trying to get rid of) back on insurance (I'm under my parents insurance thank God) and take the Lancer off for a bit, I can't afford to do that. Actually I think I'm going to talk to them about that soon. Hopefully something can be done. Mad Narg (the Grand Am) needs her brakes checked and probably motor mounts, and her battery is giving me a hard time as of late but besides that she runs ok.
The key player here (AEM) is sitting the bench though and it really freakin' pisses me off to no end. I drop a significant amount of cash on their product which is allegedly designed for my situation, and yet it does not work and they're slow to respond (if they respond at all).
