Question ralliart swap

i was thing of doing an engine swap with a ralliart. i was wondering if any one had experimented with this or know how hard it would be to do with my lancer es?

i know most ppl ask y not save the money and buy a rallyart? my answer... i cant keep hold of money that long and i alread have enough money spent on my es body. eventually i want to add a turbo i have to the ralliart but i wanted ur alls oponion first.

Your probley better off just building up the 2.0.

The mounts are probley different, trans, etc
I've never looked into it but thats just my guess, maybe try a search?

But I'd throw this in the same box as the people who ask about swappin in a 4G63t motor.

So unless you have deep pockets, stick with the 2.0

aighty thanks guys i didnt know if the mounting was diff on the ralliart or not i figured it was considering but jus wanted to make sure.

I took a long look at the ralliart engine bay at the dealer. All the mounts looked to be in the same places/same style mounts. I'm sure this swap is VERY possible. $$$ would be the only deterrent.

Thats pretty cool.

Said it cost him about 12k to do himself, with RRM parts.

Must of been a pretty fun project
