so let's be serious. . .

about drag time at the track. more for personal interest (I don't know my times) than anything else.

you can see what mods I have. Theres no tune on the piggy other than RRM's V.2. what am I looking at?

how about for someone who has all that I do, along with throttle body/pp intake?

how about a full blown NA car - pistons, IM etc. etc.?

not sure but i think it would be cheaper to get a turbo kit with stock internals running on 5-7psi than spending all your money on n/a mods.

or you can check the time slips on the registry once they put them back up, just find someone with about the same mods

not everyone can afford $4000 to spend on a turbo but if you buy every bolt on part thats out there you should be very pleased with the outcome

Hate to say it, but I have every bolt on and I'm not super pleased at the results. Yes the car is faster, but it's not exactly a cheetah.

Of course, the eternal evolutionm.net answer.... just go turbo. That wasn't really the question. On, for my part, I should have made clear I'm not askin' so much for the track.... When I drive around these days (nice and dry, not when there's snow/ice) it seems like I can take most cars that appear to be 4cyl. I'm way too nervous to try and take a 6cyl. Now, a guy in a eclispse wanted to race the other day, I opted out. I don't think I'm anywhere near taking on an eclipse. . .

Like I said, I have everything that falls into the "bolt on" category and more. Intake, TB, IM, header, exhaust, fuel rail and high compression pistons and I would guess I'm at maybe 120 whp or so. I don't know which one made the biggest difference as they all work together. If I was going to do it all over again I wouldn't bother with most of it, I'd just save up and turbo it (which I'm now doing).

Amby- once you turbo it, with all your supporting mods you will make insane power. Even I can't wait to see that.

yes you are gonna have great gains when you put a turbo on it. with the mods that i have i can tell a differnce i have intake, header, exhaust, high flow cat, 50 shot nitrious, intake manifold, crank pulley, soon to come stage 1 cam, throttle body, ported head, cant really afford $4000 for turbo now so ill buy as much with what i can afford also i am focusing on other areas that cost alot of money for what i wanna do to it! but good luck on everything

Yeah that's what I'm hoping, I just have to solve the high compression problem.
