Evo guy needs Lancer guys help.

Hey guys, my girlfriend drives a 2004 lancer ES the rotors on the front are toast. I own an Evo and know nothing about the ES, the one thing im sure of is that the the Evo and ES are two diffrent set ups, so im lost.....I would like to spend as little as i can, im not looking for performance, slotted, or drilled. just a stock or aftermarket stock rotor to replace hers.

Any help woulp be great.

Thanks

~Jb

Here is some.

This is Ebay so watch out:

If not, Roadrace is always good. They have been proven to be the best so far on the Lancer. Worked on them since the Lancer was born.

If not, I've seen a couple other guys around here with different brand rotors. So far it has worked for them. But sorry I can't remember their name. Hope this helps.

I'm sorry, but doesn't most auto parts stores probably have the OE replacement? If not, I've always thought they should... LOL

They do.

You can find OEM replacements anywhere on the net.

IF you go cheap you will end up regreting it later. I have heard too many stories from customers that went cheap rotors and have had unexplained warping issues etc..

Stay away from ebay and even OEM grade rotors. Higher grade stuff will last a lot longer.

check out www.nopionline.com , back when I was driving a lancer I used them for my rotors and pads, good service. UPS lost the pads for my order and NOPI handled everything well, got my refund to me quickly, good customer service, and they'll even call you on the phone if there is a problem when you place the order.

i got mine cheap at auto zone i think it was like 50 for a set of two and they have a life time warranty. all you have to do is remember your phone number and you'll get free rotors for the life of your car.

thats where i would go. i mean its not too much and if ur not looking for performance its the way i'd go. jus me though

i told myself, i will upgrade parts as they break.......i.e. get slotted rotors with bad a$$ pads when they need changing. Well the time came to change pads and rotors were a little scratched up, but i dont have money to go with that setup so i just got OEM pads lol

LIfetime pads means long stopping distances. I would rather have better pads. I even put performance pads in my wife's car. I want her/my life to last longer than the PADS!

i believe tirerack was the cheapest option for OEM replacement rotors. Was cheaper than the local auto shops and of course the stealership. If i remember correctly they had the brembo oem style rotors. As for pads i remember a few people on here had the Hawk pads.....anyone got any input on this?
