My first question is with a turbo kit from RRM what should my 1/4 mile run approx. be? I'm wondering if it's worth the money for the power it puts out because I don't know if I should start buying small stuff such as an exhaust, piggyback, pulley or should I save and get a turbo? Also should I get the intercooled or non-intercooled one, the intercooled seems a little bit expensive and I don't have anything saved up yet.

If you just buy little NA parts, you're going to be unhappy at getting 2 HP from something you spent $500 on. When you buy the turbo kit, you're going to add nearly 100 HP to your car and make it much faster in the quarter. I can't guarantee you a "you'll run this in the 1/4", but you'll definitely be multiple seconds faster than the stock 18 (or so) time.
As for the intercooler, get what you can afford. It's fine to start out with the non-IC and then upgrade later.

Start SMALL!! Turbo is down the road, once you maxed out with the obvious bolt ons. Slapping a turbo on, WITHOUT the supporting mods is like wiping your a$$ before you take a dump- serves no purpose.
The kit comes with everything he'd need to have the car prepared. The little add-ons like a catback and other bolt-ons are just to IMPROVE what's already there. The stock motor does not gain much from bolt-ons.
Unless you want to waste a few thousand dollars for 10-15 hp.
