so i don't know if anyone else has ran into this problem but i noticed the back end of a car outside of my dorm and i was like "nice looking black lancer" then once i saw the front i knew it wasn't a lancer. it turned out to be a new Nissan sentra if my memory serves me wright. and ever since then I've noticed a lot of the newer cars that look like our lancers. i was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if am i just hallucinating.

 

Yes, all econoboxes look alike these days.

 

With me it only seems the 04+ are the ones i make mistakes with. I will a car and think its an 04. the 03's are still different enough for me to single em out.
here is a good example.

 

The back of the 04-07 Lancers still look original and pretty cool. But the front, i can agree, they do look pretty generic.

The 02-03 was more unique, but still a bit generic.
