Turn signal blinking speed

I was just wondering is there any way to change the speed at which our turn signals blink at. I was thinking about trying to make them blink faster.
If there is anyone that is experienced in stuff like this and has already changed it. Let me know.

If you remove your rear blinker bulbs then your front ones will blink faster. Lol, one of mine went out and I noticed my front one went twice as fast.

I used to know how to do it on a 240 but I dont have a clue on a lancer.

I know by speeding up the time it takes for the electricity to go thru the wires to the bulb and back will make it blink faster but the bulbs resistance is what slows it down. Maybe you could try looking into swapping the blinker all together.?

I have always thought that it looked cool to have the blinkers blinking a little faster. Not super fast but like 2x faster or something. I just think that our blinkers blink a little slow.
