Just thought it would be interesting for everyone to share what cars they have seen while driving their lancer that would leave us in the dust. Better yet, what cars have you revved your engine at, despite the fact you know you didn’t have a hope or prayer even if you did race them! (which you wouldn’t do anyway, of course)

dont tend to rev but i was on the highway at a light the other day and a turbo'd 240sx pulled up beside me and instead of racing him and have him laugh at me rolled my window down and laughed at him for thinking that i would just get me @$$ handed to him.

haha i rev my engine at some cars at stop signs to watch them take off

there was a corvette zo6, a wrx, a ferrari something? and others i cant remember

but for thos i haven't revved at:
-porsche carrera gt
-i usually see a lambo or 2 at least once a week
-saw a right hand drive skyline gt-r (r34 i think its called?) <----made my day

camera phone timing was a little off

 

Because my exhaust is so loud, everybody in the world thinks I want to race them. I've had an evo pull up next to me and look over at me like he wanted to race and I just shook my head and laughed...he thought it was funny too.

The worst is when *******s in huge pickup trucks with their inferiority complex drive like jerks and want to race me. Hmmm...I wonder what will win, a turbo diesel 8-cyl. with like 500 ft-lbs. of torque...or a N/A 4-cyl. with like 100 hp.

I literally had a guy in a Cummins turbo-diesel duely truck try to race me. I've also had somebody in a Ford Excursion with a triton v-10 try to race me!! WTF!!

ok I just gotta say this but the other day on the highway I saw what ever the newest lamborgini is, anyone in wa tacoma local see it too on 1-5???

Ive never rev'd at another car. If I want to say "nice car" or get there attention I either honk or wave.

 

this car . . . . luckily its my father in law and he knows what i have and i know what he has . . needless to say there was no race
