help me! i want new lug nuts

edit. dont have my answer..

question: i want to get some red lug nuts bc i like the look.. howcome some sites that sell them say that some of them arent made for stock wheels and only aftermarket.. does this mean that they wont fit on my OZ rims? sorry if this question is stupid, i dont know much.

thanks for any answers

I had at one point some black tuner spline lugs on the OZs. Just get 1.50, not 1.25...

eBay. I found some great lightweight ones that came to $27 shipped. They had a variety of colors.

Here's a listing right now.

thanks for the replies. but ive heard that stock wheels shouldnt use any other lug nuts than the stock ones.. is this not true? something about because the cone shape vs the flat one we have now.. wont fit well or something and may cause damage

They'll work fine!!! I wouldn't have rolled on some "Gorilla" black spline tuner lugs if they weren't safe!

Those lug nuts I linked to are holding kfos01's wheels on just fine. What you heard was wrong.

I've had gorillas, but can't say how they'll work on stock wheels. They held up great, but the problem (if there is one) would have to be the shape of the base of the lug. If you find out that the conical shaped ones will work, then Muteki are cheap and pretty. I would just advise maybe getting some clear heavy duty wheel paint to spray on them because the color on my lugs is getting kind of scratched up after only about a year's worth of use.
