has anyone had any problems ? i ordered something from them all i received was a email letting my know of my purchase its been 4 days i have not received any tracking number- btw they said shipping was 5-7 days nor have they charged me yet.

 

If they haven't charged you then you have nothing to worry about. Try reordering it.

derek is great, ordered many times from him over here in the uk and never had any problems. infact just waiting on my jdm side markers now...

 

His shop or Warehouse is located out of the United states..somewhere in Asia...thats why no phone contact...A great seller ...I bought allot of parts from him...you have not even waited enough and you did not pay him...email him and wait...no need to be paranoid...he is one of the best sellers here.

give it some time. they wont let you down. it happened to me but it was no biggie to me. next thing i know, the parts arrived already between 5-7days as promised.

 

I am currently waiting for an order as well. They have been great with response time and once I ordered it, I asked for a tracker number a few days later and got it right away.
