Okay boys it's summer, and we all have a little spare cash for the drugs, sex, and alcohol.... But before we blow it on things that we will regret... How about us 02-03 lancer guys get together and buy this kit from Accolade.

I'm no affliated with them in anyway, but I never really liked any other bodykit for the lancer other than the IX one. I think it's really pimp, and it's our only chance to get some looks away from the new 08 lancers.

They closed the thread when there was 6 buyers and I will gladly be the 7th buyer.

I emailed accolade about the kit recently, and they obviously want serious buyers. I know you don't get to see the kit before hand, but that goes with everything you buy on the internet.

We could also set some ground rules by having OEM fit, quality plastics, and a picture perfect replica. Accolade is not exactly an unknown company, so messing this up would destroy their reputation from the evom community.

Our lancers aren't worth anything, so we're most likely going to keep them. Kits won't longer be made for us. This is a limited edition kit, and they're only going to make 10.

You just have to buy the front bumper and hood to be considered a "buyer":

that is wicked awesome for a 02-03... i'd be in on it if i could afford it. i am surprised at how well it mimics the shape of a newer lancer/evo.

It is a great kit. Im surprised the last thread died. There are allways people looking to buy kits on here. Thats a nice one for sure.

 

if i had an 02-03 i'd definitely be on this....it looks way better than the evo ix front for the 04+

 

If it is 100% polyurethane, I will jump in. If its anything else, I will go kaminari since its cheaper anyways.

fiberglass

 

well nevermind, I kinda wanted it though. Oh well.

 

It looks REALLY nice. I'd buy it. But, yea it's fiberglass... I know a lotta people with fiberglass kits, they take care of their car... they make sure they dont go off/on curbs... a good thing to do if u got a kit is to not lower it.

Looks cool but the fiberglass thing is quite a turn off.

 

See this is the same BS that the caused the group buy to fail - No one wants to put up. This kit was not fiberglass it was going to be the same material that they use for all their nu kits now. The hood and the fb was $795.00 shipped to your door and accolade guarantee fitment.

Also accolade said that they have closed the door on the 02-03's as in they are not making anymore new products for them so I doubt you will be able to get them to look into this.
