need some help

hey does anyone here know if there is a way to get scratches off a windshield?

what kind of scratches are we talking about? did you drive through a chain-link fence scratches or the cat was crawling up on your windshield?

it's from the windshield wipers, what if i used a really fine sand paper?

i was joking about the sand paper, it was like 1am when i posted and i just got home from work sorry...
umm ive seen this sorta stuff that glass companies use to get chips out it like goes in and dries clear and u cant even see it

my guess is that if there's a product glass companies use to get scratches out of windshields then they would have it at auto-zone or advanced auto parts stores. now if you have cracks, that's a different story.

Either Mothers or McGuire's has a polish for this type of scratch, i'd give that a shot. I've heard of it being used to get scratches out of the gauge pod lens, so I don't see why it won't work on a windshield.

i don't know the exact name but its by 3M. it does wonders on deep scratches.
