One thing you can't really get in an ES is a factory sunroof. Biggest reason I got my OZ was because it's the only way to get a Lancer with a sunroof and a stick.

Aside from that, I think it's one of the most tasteful body kits for the Lancer (I'm not big on being too showy) and the interior is far nicer. Also, I live in the northeast, so even if I do buy aftermarket wheels, I'm going to need a winter set anyway. They may as well be nice. Oh yeah, and the leather-trimmed steering wheel, shifter, and parking brake feel so much better than the ES/LS stuff.

I thought the 03 models all can come w/ a factory sunroof as an option? And the steering wheel, shifter, and ebrake all have aftermarket options.

Can't get an ES with a factory sunroof... I know simply because I tried. That was the reason I bought an OZ in the end. From my understanding, the difference here in the '03s is that you can get an OZ with a sunroof, whereas there are no '02 OZs with sunroofs (at least not factory).

As for the aftermarket for the interior pieces, yes there is one. And it sounds like that stuff won't be of much attraction to Satrona. I was just detailing all the differences I could think of, because it seemed like many weren't listed yet...

Oh yeah, and Satrona, if you are still gonna be getting an ES, look at the ES Convenience Package... you'll likely be glad you did when you realize what you don't get without it.

if you get an ES make sure you get a conveinience package!

1 downside to an ES is the front spring mounts (something like that) are different and make it so very few companies make descent springs for the ES. I'm assuming you can buy LS/OZ upper springs mounts and change them out... can anyone confirm this?

I can't confirm this from personal experience, but I've never heard otherwise. They should just swap in and out.

OZ comes in Yellow, ES and LS don't.....paint jobs for cars are expensive. The OZ interior is black, and much nicer.

LS and OZ are same, ES is 4x100. And you can use RRM springs on the ES.

RRM springs are progress springs and are not the best springs out there.

I have another question concerning the suspension and springs since it was already brought up. Do you need both springs and then a suspension kit.... EX: ROAD///RACE -PROGRESS SPRING KIT
and TEIN LANCER SUSPENSION KIT. Both or just one?
