Question Questions on the ES, OZ editions

I'm pretty new to the automotive scene and was just wondering what major differences there are between the ES Lancer and the OZ rally edition Lancer. I mean...the engine is the same... the body looks a bit different but couldnt the ES just look as good or better with some mods. Why spend more money on a OZ when you're just going to Mod it out??

Why spend more on OZ when you're gonna mod it out? There really is no reason. The OZ has the sway bar which ES doesn't which you can purchase a better one. The OZ has wheels, but you can buy better ones for your ES. The OZ has a spoiler but I never liked it, so you can get a good one for the ES. That is why I bought an ES instead of OZ. And the OZ has the white gauges which you can purchase. I think that's all, but you should go to Mitsubishi website and check it out, I might have missed some stuff.. any help??

Yes I do like the black style of the OZ, but the ES interior isn't bad, it's kind of more... classy.. I might say, but the interior style you like is your choice, check em both out to see hwta you like before purchasing. I'm not a big person on the interior, cuz I'm planning on doing some custom stuff anyways.

Then you modify it. If you have the money, your interior can be any color you want!

Was that painted blue also? Sorry if that's someone on here's dash, but I think theres to many colors.. Paint that red piece yellow, make the tan spots black, then it would look tight (well in my opinion) It's just so bright!

I didn't say it was bad, I give him 2 thumbups for his originality, and I like, it's like I said, just not my style (maybe I didn't say that, but that's what I mean)

This is a perfect example of why to get the ES over the OZ. What you're paying for in the OZ is the body kit, wing, darker interior, gauges, rear sway bar, wheels. All of which you seem to be looking to change out anyway. ES all the way, bro.
