EVO Hood

Hey, do you guys think that it's well worth it to invest my money on an EVO hood and bumper? It comes as a set and it costs about $1000 after the color matching and installation. Or should I just invest that money on something else for my OZ?

I'd say why try and make an OZ an EVO. I personally am and would go with the Hyper-kit hood(carbon fiber) guaranteed to look good and lighten the car at the same time.

Sounds like a big waste of money. Wait and buy the rest of it.

LMAO I don't want the rest of that kit. I only want the hood cause its Carbon Fiber I'll be going with the Kaminari Kit for the rest of the body

Hmmm...I may be wrong but...on the OZ, the grill is attached to the hood of the car, on the EVO, the hood is attached to the bumper. If you wanted to use the Evo hood or hyper hood, you would have to get the Evo bumper to accomadate this. The Kaminari front air dam also lacks a grill, so the EVO hood wouldn't really fit perfectly for it either. I'm sure you could get it to work with some other mods though...just though I'd mention this in case other people haven't realized it yet...but yeah I agree, don't try and maky your OZ look like an EVO, go for something unique

The only problem with the hyper hood and bumper kit is that they stopped selling this in the US...they're waiting for the EVO VII to come out, before they start again. How about if I took the grill off the front and added intakes to my hood right now...will that help a bit with airflow?

I think people should do whatever you want for hood/bodykits just dont bs people by getting "EVOLUTION" badges.... I can't stand that.... But as far as body kits, get whatever will make you happy..... Myself I just want some sort of forced induction to back up the bold style my car will have.
