FPR?? different location.. maybe?

FPR?? different location.. maybe?
hi...ive searched and the only thing i could think of is that the fpr is mounted in different locations because of the transmission type (man or auto) or, that its different cause of the year. i have two pics to show, this first one has it near the throttle body..and mine doesn't have one there...it looks like a fpr..does anyone know anything about this? thanks!
