Your Turbo Updates!!!

Hey EvoM Turboed Lancer owners. Just starting this thread to hear about how you are doing with your turboed Lancer. I want to know how many miles you have had your turbo, which turbo, if you regret it, and if you have any awesome kill stories...

P.S: be ready to hear a lot of Amby sarcasm on this thread, if you have beaten any WRXs, SRT-4s or other cars on that level or higher (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED )

Lol at the PS comment. I have no problem believing kill stories but you have to tell the whole kill story not just "I beat X car" cause it makes a big difference if it's from a roll, a stop, on the track, against a grandma, etc.. Oh and keep the street racing out of this thread unless you want it closed.

No leave it in lancer general, it's not a technical question or anything like that it's just a story thread.

Lol yeah I sure can't take it. What the hell does this have to do with the thread? If it goes OT and just turns into a "lets bash Amby" fest it'll just get trashed so really who wins that one?

I guess i'll start. I have had my my RRM Non-ic turbo for about 4 months, maybe 2k miles. I have had no big problems with my turbo, just the typical first week of my car learning that it has bigger ***** now I don't regret it at all i love it!

lol ok, good, i was gonna say, 10psi on stock internals is asking for trouble.

why don't you up the PSI, got some more power?

also where'd you get your pistons & rods?

He has higher compression so uping the boost might not be possible or needed. If he's the guy I'm thinking of he's already making plenty of power with his current setup.
